Liz Sidor

Housing Program Manager

Liz Sidor brings expertise in affordable housing finance to her role as Housing Program Manager at CPE, where she helps state and local governments build the tools and programs they need to expand housing production. Her work translates the complexities of private-sector development into practical technical assistance for public agencies working to create and preserve affordable homes.

Liz has spent her career in multifamily real estate development, working across the full spectrum from market-rate to mixed-income and deeply affordable housing. She has extensive experience structuring deals using the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and a range of federal, state, and local financing programs. Liz holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) and a bachelor’s in journalism from DePaul University.
