CPE works with local and state government agencies, advocacy organizations, researchers and academics to support successful design and implementation of public goods programs.

We work with housing finance agencies and housing authorities on innovative programs to grow their housing production.

We work with transit and transportation agencies to support their ability to efficiently and effectively meet travel needs.
